Ledgent has a client in Bloomington/Edina area looking for a temporary B2B Collections and Accounts Recievable candidate to assist with a LOA.

$24-$26/hour. On Site.

Job Duties/Description:

A/R Collections Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• Responsible for building strong relationships with customers.
• Daily contact of customers to collect on past due accounts
• Collect accurate Accounts Payable information for customer billing: Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
• Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
• Prepare weekly overdue comparison report
• Weekly cash collections meeting
• B2B soft collections- phone and email communication

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B Collections experience
• Great communicator
• High patience and stress management skills
• Experience working within Excel
